Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1 business day of order confirmation. Post Haste’s standard delivery estimates are as follows:

Local (Business Addresses): Overnight delivery by 12 noon

Regional (Business Addresses): Overnight delivery by 12 noon

Overnight Nationwide: Delivery by 12 noon to business addresses

Inter-Island (Economical Option): 2nd business day by 12 noon

Rural Deliveries: Allow an additional day; delivery by 6pm (signature may not be available)

Residential Deliveries: Overnight or economical 2-day service depending on location

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, you must notify Ultra HD within 7 days of dispatch so we can initiate a claim process with Post Haste on your behalf.
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for compensation due to Post Haste’s time-sensitive claim policies.
