Special Order Non-Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Cancellation of Special Orders
   All special order products are made to order or sourced specifically for you. Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This applies to any change of mind, order error, or any other reason unrelated to the failure to provide or deliver the ordered product.
   We strongly advise that you carefully check all details of your order before confirmation, as we will not be able to make changes or cancellations once the order is placed.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
   As special orders are uniquely tailored or sourced based on your request, they are non-refundable under any circumstances except in cases of failure to provide or deliver the product as agreed.
   Please note that refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or any other reasons unrelated to the failure to provide the correct product as ordered.

3. Failure to Deliver
   In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order (such as a failure to deliver the correct product, or delays caused by Ultra HD Ltd), we will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include offering a replacement or, if appropriate, a refund. However, any refund or resolution is solely at the discretion of Ultra HD Ltd.

4. Business Orders and the Consumer Guarantees Act
   If you are placing this order for business purposes, please be aware that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. By placing an order for business purposes, you acknowledge that you are exempt from the protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act, which is typically applicable to consumers purchasing goods or services for personal use.

5. No Other Rights Beyond Statutory Guarantees
   Except as provided by law, Ultra HD Ltd will not be liable for any claims or damages resulting from the order of special products, other than where there is a failure to deliver the correct product or meet agreed-upon delivery terms. You acknowledge that by placing an order for a special order product, you waive any rights to cancel or demand a refund except as permitted under the circumstances outlined above.
